Why should I switch to Qudos when I can get more riders through other ride-share apps?
Qudos is designed to be an additional source of income. You can continue to use other ride-hailing apps while keeping your Qudos app open in the background. You will get a text message telling you when you have a ride request. This way, you will never miss a ride from Qudos.
What does it mean to be a QudosFave Driver?
It means that as long as you are within the rider’s request radius, the rider can specifically request you as their driver.
QudosFave enables riders to save their favorite drivers for future rides.
How do riders add me as their favorite driver?
Upon ride completion, a ride rating will appear. As long as the rider rates you 5 stars, an automatic option to add you as their QudosFave driver will appear.
How do riders book a ride with their favorite driver?
Riders can set their drop-off location, click on the “Favorite Drivers” option and choose from their list of saved drivers. They can also enter a promo code using the Promo Code option.
Tell me about the Qudos Book Later feature.
This feature allows riders to schedule their ride in advance. Riders can select the date and time, and request specifically for you to drive them as early as an hour or up to a month ahead of time.

What is the Car VIP option?
The Car VIP is a feature that allows drivers the option to accommodate riders requesting a high-end ride-hailing experience.
If your car is under the Grande or Luxury category, you will have an additional option in your settings called Car VIP. If your car type is Grande, you will receive ride requests for Grande cars only if your Car VIP option is turned on. If you car type is Luxury, you will only receive ride requests for Luxury cars.
If you drive a Grande or Luxury vehicle and wish to receive ride requests for every car type, make sure your Car VIP option is turned off.
What is QudosList?
QudosList is a social network for riders and drivers to connect. As a driver, you can use QudosList to market yourself and build your loyal clientele. Riders can also network with one another to find drivers.
When do I get paid?
Qudos works on a Monday to Sunday weekly billing schedule. Payments are credited to your account the following Wednesday.
How will I receive my payment?
Stripe a third party service, securely keeps all your bank information.
I have a bonus on top of the fare. When will the bonus be reflected in the ride summary account?
All bonuses, discounts, payouts and cash backs, if applicable, are computed after the Monday-Sunday billing schedule. Bonuses will be reflected on the Wednesday prior to receiving your payments.
